PetrA (Petri Nets Application) is an Mac OS X application, developed at the Sección de Computación of the Departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica of the CINVESTAV-IPN, México.
With PetrA you can edit and run Petri Nets. Actually we have the version beta 2.0. The document-based application architecture is the main change with respect to the previous version. With this change we have obtained an improvement in the architecture; an improvement in the performance; and reduction of source code.
PetrA still work with simple Petri Nets, in this new vertion we like more stable behaviour. The source code will be available as soon as the technical documentation it's ready. But it's possible send the source code by e-mail if somebody like it.
At the moment PetrA application allows to work with documents of type Petri nets. It is possible to be worked at the same time with several Petri nets documents: save, load, print, edit and execute.
